Project: Multi-User Financial Loan Database Business: Large Financial Loan Company Platform: MS Access 2007
Summary: This multi-user database was built to facilitate loan transactions and store data for 5 departments and over 100 employees across the country. There are various levels of permissions built into the system that are easily accessible and updated by the client's system administrator. Employees now have a searchable and centralized repository for all data applicable to their department. Upon log in, they only have access to data they are allowed to read and/or edit based on their permission level. Departments include Credit, Packaging, AP, Secondary and Compliance. Larger SQL Server and web based enterprise level editions are also available for these type of solutions.
Project: Egg Farm Database Business: Farm Operations Platform: MS Access 2007
Summary: This database project involved a major process improvement for a large egg farm operation. Their need was clear. Develop a system that will allow the owners to manage their operation more efficiently. This was accomplished by creating an Access database model from charts, graphs, and notes of an old QuatroPro spreadsheet that had become too much work to maintain. What they received was a streamlined database that provided dynamic, real-time reporting of critical operations from daily to year-to-date that allowed them to effectively manage the production and forecasting of their farm operation.

Project: Estimation System for Retailers Business: Vinyl Window and Door supplier Platform: MS Access 2007
Summary: Our client came to us with a need for a database to store and print estimates for various door and window orders from their growing product list. The scalable system developed has a secure login for all users, admin privileges, audit logs, custom reporting and emailing as well as numerous other features. This system creates the ability for retail clients to login to the wholesaler's servers and run estimates on their own software. This database was rolled out in 1.5 weeks.
Project: Leasing and Loan Database Business: Real Estate - Leasing & Loans Platform: MS Access 2007
Summary: The database was built for a Real Estate Leasing & Loan Company to manage all of their new & current loans and leases. The project would have been a true nightmare in Excel which is why it was suggested that an Access database be developed for the updated process. This will allow for normalized data, scalability in regards to features and data and an enhanced simplistic user interface.
