This course is designed for business professionals who need to quickly learn the common features of Lync 2010. It is also suited for individuals who have us ed Office Communicator 2007 but a re mi grating to the l a test version – Lync 2010.

Course Objective:

To ensure success, students will need to be familiar with using or have equivalent knowledge of Microsoft Outlook 2007, 2010, Outlook Web Accessor Outlook WebApp, Office Communicator 2007, instant messaging, online meetings,or soft phone usage.
