You will explore the advanced features provided with the Outlook interface, such as advanced message, calendar, and contacts management; use the Tasks and Journal workspaces provided in the application to manage task assignments to you and others, and to record interactions you have.

This course is meant for those desiring to gain advanced skills necessary for performing and working with Outlook. Course Objective: To ensure success, students will need to be familiar with using or have equivalent knowledge of Microsoft
